Mallory, the owner, truly knows what she’s doing, and every part of the experience, from booking your appointment to walking out the door, feels thoughtful and seamless. I booked a full blonding service, and I honestly wouldn’t do it again. I arrived to the salon and before we started I showed the colorist (Sharaya) a clear inspiration photo and explained exactly the tone and style I wanted. We talked about it in detail, and at first everything seemed to be going well. After hours of the whole process, she started drying my hair and I could see the final result, I realized it was nothing like what I had requested.
