This was my first visit to The Gilded Lily, but it won't be the last. I'm thrilled with my cut and color, and the experience was truly lovely. Cristina was delightful, and she worked magic on my boring hair--she gave me exactly what I wanted, only better--and she helped me find products that would be useful, but never pressured me to buy extra stuff. Very happy to have found this place!
I've been going to The Gilded Lily for years. I'm always impressed with the level of knowledge and care by the stylists. I get so many compliments on my hair everywhere I go. My hair is never looked or felt better!
I came in for a trim and to clean up some dead ends in the face frame. I said I wanted to keep my hair long. I left with my hair feeling thin and the most insane amount of layers of varying lengths. My hair is naturally wavy and now I can't even wear my hair natural. They offered for me to come back in for a consultation but I'm not sure what good that would do. They can't be trusted and I can't risk losing anymore of my hair so I just have to wait for it to grow out. Extremely disappointing.
My haircut by Gianna made me feel like myself again :) Any and all problems disappeared with the cut of a bob.
