They never answer the phones and don't return calls if you leave a message. I have two open work orders that are 1 month old (livingroom ceiling fan) and 3 months old (exterior lights for entire senior property, very dark- reported to office staff for 6 months prior to work order).
Even though I only lived there for 6 months, I loved it there! It's very quiet there and the neighbors are friendly! Kristina in the office was extremely courteous and attentive in helping me move in and helped with any minor issues that came up. I highly recommend living here!!
