I got a mani pedi here, pedi was good but manicure was already peeling 3 hours after my appointment. For the price I paid, very disappointed with the service.
Way over priced for the service and to have an automatic 20 % gratuity is wrong. My $86 pedicure was average at best with Abigail and I would not return or recommend this spa to anyone here.
My manicure and pedicure were subpar on Saturday with Julie. I had the chocolate coconut special and for 90 dollars - my cuticles are a mess, the shape is not what I requested, the nail polish is too thick, I’m still getting the chocolate scrub out from under whats left of my nails and she forgot the moisturizer on my hands. Very disappointed.
My husband and I both got massages today with Christine. The whole experience was wonderful ... from checking in to the actual massage itself. We'll be back!
I had previously experienced a less than exceptional mani pedi. Nathalie, the owner, reached out to me to see if I would be willing to let her make it right. I did just that and I was not disappointed. Her treatments were exactly what I expected and i left feeling pampered. Thank you, Nathalie 🌺
