Very unprofessional family owned business. Bad for business and worst if you are an employee. They are the worst of the worst with property management. Treat their staff very badly. Hard to do business with. No job improvement or respect for residents or vendors . Their maintenance sup. Should be investigated . Mark is the best friend of the owner and has control issues . He forgets everything and will put you in situations to just lie on you to cover himself . This place just overall sucks.
Working for the owner is unbearable. This man is manipulative, lacks compassion, and does not know how to listen. He has a serious issue with letting go of control. There are also certain coworkers here, that have a bad attitude when you ask them questions or even make a suggestion. It’s a shame to see grown people behave this way.
From a Realtor perspective: Don’t even bother working for this company. Management sucks‼️ Your voice is never heard, it’s all about favoritism. Their clients/tenants are never happy…. Glad I am out! Praying for them though 🙏🏾🌹
This isn’t a review but a suggestion. After reading reviews and complaints. I think taking on a Property Manager Consultant would help many issues. Please, feel free to contact me.
I currently rent one of their moderate level income apartments and since day one it hasn’t been all that great. As of today some things have been fixed but not all. I want to reach out to someone in regards to the parking spaces in the back. Since they removed the gates, people that does not reside in the building are parking in the back and hopefully when parking is assigned it will alleviate the parking issues in this area.
