Working for the owner is unbearable. This man is manipulative, lacks compassion, and does not know how to listen. He has a serious issue with letting go of control. There are also certain coworkers here, that have a bad attitude when you ask them questions or even make a suggestion. It’s a shame to see grown people behave this way.
From a Realtor perspective: Don’t even bother working for this company. Management sucks‼️ Your voice is never heard, it’s all about favoritism. Their clients/tenants are never happy…. Glad I am out! Praying for them though 🙏🏾🌹
This isn’t a review but a suggestion. After reading reviews and complaints. I think taking on a Property Manager Consultant would help many issues. Please, feel free to contact me.
I currently rent one of their moderate level income apartments and since day one it hasn’t been all that great. As of today some things have been fixed but not all. I want to reach out to someone in regards to the parking spaces in the back. Since they removed the gates, people that does not reside in the building are parking in the back and hopefully when parking is assigned it will alleviate the parking issues in this area.
I worked for them. They know how to play the system and act like they are so professional, but they are a Keystone cops operation. They don't pay their creditors, which is why they have their managers or supers make contact with the painters, plumbers, and roofers, that way, they claim ignorance. They are good at deceiving HUD.
