RecommendedVisited during the Cole Camp fair very busy but they had an excellent buffett to get folks in and out. Small batches brought out so everything was hot and fresh. The green beans that I privously did not care for where very good. Great way to deal with the crowed. Very happy that they had the option buffet or order from the menu for this very busy time. Staff was very friendly and working hard .
Great food and great staff. Stop there often on the way to the lake...and never have a bad experience!
My husband and I ate here for the first time. AMAZING! Best German food we've had. Our waitress was amazing as well as the entire staff. It was worth the 45 minute drive.
Had the special today. Always great food. Everything is great. We'll be back soon. Well worth the drive from Clinton.

The food was ok. The beer was good the Apple shot (pricey) was good. The Black Forest cake was good. The people very friendly and attentive!!!! my girlfriend and I drove in all the way from Columbia and Jefferson City. The only odd thing was we left a $20.- tip for lour little waitress and at the end I saw a tall blond ponytail girl clean the table and put the money upfront in a billfolder.
