I can’t imagine ever doing anything Real Estate related without the Gerdes Team. I wrote a previous review when they helped us find a rental and said I’d be back when it was time to buy. Phil and the Team went above and beyond for me. I had a very difficult and unique situation. My mother passed away and left me her house.
