Georgian Colonies is a hidden gem. The condominium association is communicative and welcoming to all residents, as opposed to only homeowners. Wonderful place to live - new management is fantastic! A few months ago a new board took over and they are turning things around. Previous on site manager was fired. New guy is great. The new board actually listens and keeps us informed about what's going on.

Too expensive 330$ a month! and HOA does nothing, absolutely nothing. All they do is take care of the pool which nobody swims in. And they let the road quality diminish to the point that you need a 4x4 just to leave your house. In addition, they refuse to perform maintenance that they promised to cover.
Classic and clean. I used this facility for a Christening on of October 3rd 2021, and I am the God mother. If you are looking a hall for a family occasion, with a wider space, this would be the right place.
