Georgian Colonies is a hidden gem. The condominium association is communicative and welcoming to all residents, as opposed to only homeowners. The common areas are lovely with an impressive tree canopy. The pool is huge and underutilized so it is rarely crowded. The clubhouse is a bit dated but functional and accessible. The property manager is a bit haughty and brash but considering the grounds and homes are so well attended to, we don’t have to interact with him often so it’s not a big deal.
