Massive roach infestation in all apartments. Apartment water is either extremely hot or cold. Refrigerators are infested with cockroaches, and if the refrigerator is cleaned out they go into the fridges again and lay eggs. Air conditioners in almost all apartments are broken or work for a day and go out for months. Bathroom toilets accumulate filth after a day an absurd amount. The staff is friendly and eager to please. The property is ALWAYS clean , well kept and is a safe place to raise a family of any size. Since living here we have family events hosted by the complex and several outdoor activities giving staff and tenants the chance to know each other on a personal level. The staff has gone above and beyond to help make Georgia a safe, comfortable, fun , home for me and my children,
