hands down my fav hotel in this country
Great location located in the heart of Downtown Winchester. Friendly and welcoming staff. Each day I felt welcomed and was greeted by everyone working. The room was spacious, very clean. The amenities were great. Onsite restaurant, spa and piano bar that has live music. Carla at the front desk and team were great along with Carolyn. I truly enjoyed my stay here this weekend and look forward to my next trip.
I stayed here while on a very long road trip. We arrived very late at night after almost 16hrs of driving and were exhausted. When we got to our room and opened the door, it was easily 5 degrees hotter than outside of the room. I looked at the thermostat and while it was set to cool to 70 degrees, it was 78 in the room! I went into the bathroom and it was EVEN HOTTER in there. It was honestly so bad that you couldn't close the door of the room the toilet was in or you would start sweating like you were in a sauna!
