First time staying here. Lives up to Wyndham Grand standards. The staff was very nice and helpful. The textline kept in touch with us before, during our stay and when we checked out. Rooms were spacious and clean. Old world, nostalgic, classy feel, but not in an outdated way. King bed with sofa in the room with large bathroom. Rooms are overpriced given the dated decor and fittings. We paid over £200/$250 per night for room 214, which would benefit from a bathroom refit and new bedroom furniture. Linens were better than towels, which are old and should be replaced. Parking is ample and the hotel is well located, but those features are not enough to warrant the price tag. We didn't use the spa or bar/restaurant facilities, so can't comment on those. A way behind options like SixtyDC, which came in at a much lower price over a similar period.

Not what I expected from a Wyndham Grand Hotel. No valet, no help with luggage, accessibility difficult. Booked an accessible room with a roll in shower and got a room with a tub! The on-site restaurant is Pizza Uno (what?!) and the bar serves only a subset of the Pizza Uno menu. I would not stay here again.
