Absolutely loved calling the George Besaw home! Wonderful location, friendly neighbors and staff, rarely loud, quick maintenance responses, and great in unit amenities! Extremely sad to be leaving, would rent again in a heartbeat.

EDIT: Within 24 hours of this review, I was contacted by property management and the entire matter was sorted out thoroughly and promptly. I am changing my review from one star to five star due to the excellent service I received. Thank you to Mikey and AJ for being timely. ORIGINAL MESSAGE: If you have valuables, I don't recommend living here. There are multiple people trying to gain entry to random apartments.
Really a great spot! Communicative, clean, convenient to all of NW - would definitely recommend for folks lookin' for a spot around 23rd!
The absolute nicest, most professional, and efficient office. Mikey you are the best. Maintenance staff too! My stay was short and sweet, but from move in to move out and even my own self imposed maintenance issues - everyone is always kind, attentive, and quick to respond. Best experience - I wish I could have made this place home for longer!
