This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, over the years I have stayed in many hotels throughout the world both on business and for pleasure. So, why do I rate this hotel over everything else? First, we have location, a very pleasant quiet location a short pleasant walk from downtown Napa. On-site convenient complimentary parking. Charming stay, but some details missed - We recently stayed at The George and were truly impressed by the beautiful historic home and the walkable location. It’s a lovely place and we appreciated the quiet location and elegant touches throughout the property. That said, there were a few areas where the experience didn’t quite match the level of care you’d expect at this price point. Beautifully restored Victorian in a walk friendly and gorgeous part of downtown Napa. The staff and the breakfast absolutely outstanding, however, the room itself could use some improvements. Our air conditioning mini split was noisy and staff kindly brought in a fan to help mask the noise. The bathroom, although spacious, had very little storage. I can’t say enough good things about this charming bed and breakfast. From the moment we arrived, everything felt calm, welcoming, and thoughtfully curated. The setting is serene—tucked away in a peaceful area that feels like a true escape, yet still conveniently located to downtown Napa.
