Update to Owner’s Reply: I had a 45-minute appointment, yet the only option offered was an electric shave for my bald head, or an express beard trim. That’s frustrating, because 45 minutes(as the owner states) is more than enough time for a proper head shave, which I was told could not be done. I understood if they need 20 more minutes for a beard trim,I could go without. But I was only offered an electric head shave for a bald headed guy. Tried Gentry for the first time, while awaiting car getting serviced. Appointments were easily available and scheduling online was super easy. The facility is spacious and clean. My stylist, Julz, was very attentive to the details. I got a beard trim and a hair cut. Overall, very happy with the service. Got a lot of compliments on the hair cut. I don't live near the location. But if in the area, would definitely try again.
