We clearly explained that my son wanted to keep his length, add layers to the top, and not cut the sides. Heather even asked him if he was trying to grow his hair out, and he confirmed that he was. Despite that, she cut the sides anyway and left the top short, uneven, and extremely choppy. The haircut looked nothing like what we asked for. This place is great. It's hard to find a good place to get your hair cut, as dumb as that is, but they are easy going, quick and have good pricing.
