First time hiring them was to look at a leaking hot water tank. Ended up replacing it with a on demand system. Had to call them back because the system was leaking all over our basement. The second time I called them was to service our water softener. A date was chosen and I was instructed to be home between 8-4. We structered our whole day around making sure one of us was home for the plumber. At 2 pm we got a call saying they weren't going to be able to make it and offered me a new appointment a week away.
