Unbelievable!! Just had an employee come over today (he was very nice and polite and so was the lady I talked to on the phone) however, with the $90 visit fee and the small 5-10 min task it would have taken to replace only one bathroom GFCI outlet, it would have cost $330.00. That’s just ludicrous!! Please people, do better than I did, use a different company or find someone else.

Richard came late at night during an emergency. Never had to call a plumber before but I get why these guys are called the gentlemen plumbers. So kind. Checked more stuff than he needed to and spotted issues I didn’t even call about but didn’t push it on me to make a snap decision in the moment either on it, just letting me know. Couldn’t have had a better experience. God bless Richard in the red deer area.

Richard E. today installed a gas line and converted my furnace from propane to natural gas. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. Everything was completed efficiently and to a high standard. I would highly recommend Richard and The Gentlemen Pros to anyone looking for reliable and professional gas or furnace work.
