His communication was excellent, and took extra time to explain work needed so that we could carry on through a painless home sale for my mom as her furnace was in poor shape. He helped to ensure he was listening to our concerns with the level of satisfaction for the buyers to assume my mom’s home as we worked through condition waivers.
