Arranging replacement of hot water heater from Ontario was stressful but both the company and the technician assigned, Coltin, Red Deer site, made this process so much easier. Being on time, clear communication, bringing a replacement tank so it could be replaced on initial visit, great cleanup and the useful, thorough house inspection garnered my appreciation and respect. Definitely keeping this company, and the tech’s name, Coltin, in my records for when service is needed again.
Just had Coltin come and fix a leaking valve, he went above and beyond too get everything fixed! Well mannered and very knowledgeable, Awesome service will definitely be calling back for any plumbing needs!!
