Our furnace died after 21 years and after factoring in repair costs we decided to get a new one. Richard initially came out for an emergency visit on Sunday and after deciding it was time to get a new unit we had a new furnace up and running around suppertime the next day. Renai and Mo were excellent as they both respected that they were in someone's home from start to finish.
