Had an excellent experience with the Gentleman Pro Plumbing Company in Edmonton! The plumber Mohamed S. was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues with the leaking pipes that we eventually had replaced. He sat down with us and explained the best approach for the task. Where he broke down the pricing presenting us with the best long term solutions instead of a quick fix. He also did a great clean up after the job was done. I would highly recommend their services.
I was satisfied with the professionalism of the technicians who came to unclog my kitchen sink today. However, I was very surprised by the high fee charged once the work was completed—especially after discussing it with a few friends who said the price seemed excessive. I had to pay $611.00 for a job that took less than 20 minutes, which involved removing and cleaning the P-trap and running a quick auger. The task itself was straightforward and simple. He was so polite while working in our home, and took great care and time to explain to us thoroughly his findings and our options. We had Riley B and Richard G come by today and have nothing but positive things to say about them. Riley spent a great deal of time at our home, was very personable, and handled some plumbing work for us with care and professionalism. He made us feel at ease and explained everything clearly. We were also pleasantly surprised to be offered a complimentary home inspection, which we weren’t expecting.
