Conrad was excellent. He was professional, detail-oriented, and clearly takes pride in his work. He explained everything clearly and gave me confidence in the decisions we were making during the reno. He is the reason I chose this company, and I would absolutely use them again because of him.

I had a major emergency with my shower today and Daniel from The Gentlemen Pros was an absolute lifesaver! Being in the Kenilworth area, I wasn't sure how quickly someone could get out here, but they responded immediately. Daniel was professional, polite, and lived up to the company name—a true 'Gentleman.' Chris was excellent in every respect. He not only resolved our problem with a smoke detector efficiently but also taught me a few things that will be useful going forward (e.g. about GFI's!). He was friendly, courteous, attentive to my questions, and always clear in his explanations. I would recommend him to anyone seeking help with electrical problems!

Spencer came to my home today to investigate a plumbing concern. After assessing and discussing the situation and possible causes, we agreed that I would monitor the situation and report back. He also conducted a plumbing and heating inspection and provided quotes on other plumbing work that I am considering in the near future. Spencer was courteous and respectful of my home and provided useful information. I am very pleased with the visit.

Riley and company was fantastic! Showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, was upfront with the work and cost. The whole experience with Gentleman Plumbing was great from start to finish. I consider Riley and his helper my neighbours now! LOL! Highly recommend!
