They come on time The callout fee seems reasonable However, careful - they will charge rediculous amounts for small repairs once they judge you to be a weak character.

Booked an appointment and was told it would be between 8-4 and when I mentioned that I could only be home in the afternoon I was told there would be an additional charge of $100 because of a time call. I guess customers are expected to be prepared to sit at home for up to 8 hours to wait for a plumber to show up. Shouldn't a company schedule an appointment around the customer schedule to a certain degree instead of only the convenience of a company? Not good.
