I had an excellent experience with Gentleman Plumbers today! Specifically our technician, Mohamed S, was great. He was so polite while working in our home, and took great care and time to explain to us thoroughly his findings and our options. Richard was exceptional! He's highly professional and an absolute expert in his field. I could not be happier with the work he did on my A/C and furnace. He's very friendly and took the time to explain the recommended repairs and the process for fixing the problem. I plan to only use Gentlemen Pros for future repairs and projects because they truly are the best service for the best price.
I called The Gentlemen Pros Plumbing for a leak in my basement caused by our kitchen drain. Richard arrived promptly, listened to what I told him about what was happening, then asked if he could investigate himself. After he did this he told me what he was going to do to start, then got to work. After completing his initial work he told me what he needed to do to complete the fix because what was happening was more extensive than what we initially could see. We had Riley B and Richard G come by today and have nothing but positive things to say about them. Riley spent a great deal of time at our home, was very personable, and handled some plumbing work for us with care and professionalism. He made us feel at ease and explained everything clearly. We were also pleasantly surprised to be offered a complimentary home inspection, which we weren’t expecting.
