From start to finish this experience was fantastic. From the information on the website to my first call with Linda I knew this was the company I wanted to go with and I was right in my decision. I had an appointment for Thursday but was able to have the work done today. Professional/friendly service. My experience has been very positive working with this company. I’ve called them out twice recently and the staff member, Tyler, was very professional and helpful. All the staff I interacted with were pleasant and I will definitely call them in the future if needed!
We had something of an electrical emergency this morning when the breaker for our fridge and kitchen outlets went out, and would not turn on again. Martin from the Gentlemen Pros came on the same day as we called, and then did a great job explaining what the issue was and repairing it for us. It's really good to know that we won't have this issue in the future and that our home is more safe now. We also really enjoyed having Martin in our home, as he is a very friendly and genuine person.
