Not impressed, and would never use agai n!......These are salesmen, ladies and gentlemen!...UPSELL, UPSELL, UPSELL unneccesary parts and installation. They are good at that.

They were super friendly and knowledgeable. We had booked a hot water tank relight, but also had a used, spare water tank on hand. After some discussion and considering the age of the current water tank, we agreed to instead install the spare tank instead. Because they commit the full day to the customer no matter the job, they were able to install the spare tank the very same day, and at a fixed price. I felt very comfortable with the whole process and value of work done. Great job, Gentlemen Pros!

I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. Due to some initial confusion, we did not get the work done, but Beth from the company has gone over and above the call of duty to make it right with us. (She was so nice, I think I’d like to be her friend.😊) To me, this is a company that very much values their customers and desires to give the best service possible.

Julian was very knowledgeable and personable. As such, he was able to explain wiring issues down to my level. He provided lots of useful information about their services and it was hassle free way to pay the bill for his time and materials. A quote up front which matched the final cost. A true 5 star service!
