Unprofessional. I’ve gotten a cut once here and it was a good cut and reason enough to book again. Online it had said it was open, used their online booking platform to book an appointment and chose to walk. The shop was closed with no one in sight, showed up 15 minutes early so I waited to the booked time to see if anyone would show, no one did. Waste of my time, after reading other reviews on here it’s clearly not the first time.
Showed up for my appointment for 12, no one was there. Door was locked, they wouldn't answer the phone. What a waste of my time.
Used to be great, not the same. Loyal customer, 3 years! Will NOT be returning unfortunately. First off, I have waited MINIMUM 20-30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.. for 3 years. Not one single time been on time. Ever. Your 30 minute slots need to be changed to 1 HR !!! Mens haircut should not be a 2 hour ordeal. I've never written a negative review previously, but here goes. What an incredibly rude person phoned to cancel my appointment as I was 5 minutes late. I could go on at length about the outrageous behavior, but I won't on this public platform. I'll probably go in next week to complain in person . That's it, Emberly has cut my hair twice previously and I was very happy, but I'm not coming back (except to complain) I'm not risking that verbal abuse again
