The groomer is good with frightened dogs but my girl has issues with the anal gland cleaning I have to take her to the vet after grooming because she has a red butt and razor burns around that area

Thank you for your feedback. If your girl has issues with her glands she should not have them done with the groomer, and should only be done at the vets office. Her card should also be marked with sensitive skin on sanitary. This should resolve issues in the future . I'm glad she felt comfortable with us and not afraid to be groomed.
We have been in the area for over a decade & wished we would have found you all sooner!!! Buddy has not felt so clean & had his nails clipped so well in a very long time!! Thank you ladies!

Brenda and Nancy have both done a great job with Koda (American Eskimo). He can have a attitude but they have always worked so well with him (and his "helicopter mom") :-)
First off, I like that my dog could run around and play once she was done being groomed. But that is all I like. We had a lengthy discussion of what I wanted with my dog beforehand. It was nothing crazy, but just a few little things like not cutting her eyelashes. I picked her up and she looked nothing like we had discussed. She is cut unevenly all over, doesn't have the defining features of a poodle cut, and none of the details I asked for are there. I am really disappointed but there is no way of fixing it. I do not suggest anyone take their cats in to get groomed here! I started taking my kitten and I truly feel they were mean to him, he looked so sad when I would pick him up & he was different with me. The groomer called me once and sounded so mad & frustrated that I needed to pick up my cat, he was as ready as he was gonna be!!! Another time she explained how it took both of them just to hold his little back legs apart!! Yikes!!! I now have a new groomer, and my cat loves her, he purrs after she is done with him. Lisa, Im sincerely sorry that your impression of us is that we were mean to your kitten. We first saw Rex at the age of 5 months. At that time he was already heavily matted. If you will recall, you stayed for that visit as I worked out those mats as gently as possible. He came in matted for each of the next 4 grooms.
