I made an appointment 2 weeks prior to my appointment. I went there thinking that I was going to see Dr Robert Antolak I filled out..a nine page summary before I could see the doctor. When I get to the desk they tell me I'm not going to be seeing him because he isn't take new patients why didn't they tell me that in the beginning I would have never made the appointment I was referred by a friend to him. Are the people behind the desk that not knowledgeable. I find this behavior unexcusable and wasting my time.

I went in 7/21/23 for what everything online says is a “dental emergency”, a tooth abscess. So of course, they tell me the soonest they can get me in is 7/31/23. As I’m being told this, a woman appears from the back and starts talking to me. I asked her if she could look at it at least and her response was “oh we’re really short staffed the soonest anyone can even look is the 31st. So they prescribed weak antibiotics instead. Can't thank the entire team at The Gentle Dentist enough. I have a condition known as TN (Trigeminal Neuralgia) which requires extreme care when getting dental work done. Yesterday I had a procedure that was a difficult one for sure....but this morning woke up with literally zero pain and no signs of TN. Can't say enough about this experience and how blessed I am to have found them. Wish I could give them 10 stars.

This place and the doctor have zero dignity! He’s trying to charge twice for my wife’s crown which is under 5 years and the insurance won’t cover so now he submitted new claim in this year for last year repair.
