The Gentle Clinic took great care of our newborn. He healed wonderfully and they made the process very personable and smooth. I appreciate how available they are to address any concerns you have during recovery, as it can be scary for a first time parent not knowing what to expect.
I could not recommend this clinic enough. If you’re not in the Seattle area, they are worth the drive. The level of “bedside manner”, proactive/informative communication was incredible. Not only was it easy to book using their online platform, but Dr John and Caitlin, the receptionist went the extra mile to provide hospitable and dignified care.
They did an amazing job with our first baby, and we’re going back for 2nd baby’s procedure. They were so knowledgeable, compassionate, and did a thorough follow up with lots of post-care instructions. We are beyond grateful for the supportive and professional care they provided and made our baby at ease for procedure. We recommend highly!!
The entire experience at The Gentle Clinic was truly 100/10. The doctor and assistant were absolutely amazing — kind, gentle, full of information, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole visit. Most importantly, they were incredibly gentle with my baby boy, which meant so much to me as a parent. I felt like he was in excellent hands from start to finish.
