Monica at the front desk did not even acknowledge my presence when I approached her to check in and behaved as if I was bothering her. There was no one else there as it was late at night. No airport shuttle or any shuttle services available entire time of my 2 night stay. AC does not work in my room.
Bathroom sink stopper wouldn't stay open. Tub faucet for shower came off in my hand, carpet was torn at seam and trip hazard, WiFi wouldn't connect.
