I have to concur with all the other positive reviews. I inquired online with three locksmiths on a lazy sunday because I was not really in a rush. General Locksmith Store not only responded in 15 minutes with an exact quote but he arrived on time for my appointment the next day and got me back into my mailbox. After reading all the 5 star reviews online I figured I would give these guys a call but I was STILL skeptical because the company seemed too good to be true. Well... yelpers had it right all along. Mike was very pleasant, on time, and got the job done in about 15 minutes! i couldn't recomend these guys enough!!! I moved in to a walkup from a doorman elevator buildling, and i needed the cylinder of my top lock changed, i opted for the high security lock (I wasn't pressure at all to spend the extra money on one of these) and i'm happy i did! Amazing! Henrry set me up with a new lock when I needed it most: Top lock stuck and main lock falling apart, and the super was supposed to have it fixed today, but never showed. I was in a bad place and Henrry came through. On the phone, he listened to me and quoted me accurately and clearly. Once he came in the apartment, it was clear the right man had showed up. Great service! Pricing was fair and their website was very helpful in helping me determine what we needed. I made sure to call around different locksmiths, even tried service magic, when we decided we needed a new cylinder for our lock. They were able to come within an hour of me calling. Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before...
