They upped my policy by almost $70 after having a good record for the last 3 years with them. Then when I canceled my policy they are taking 14 days to refund my money. I would never use them again.
I requested a quote online. I answered honestly that I had a speeding ticket, one moving violation in over 25 years. They quoted me a monthly payment of $113. When I agreed and went to pay they recalculated and tried to double it. Not cool.
The agent I talk to after being hit and injured by someone who admitted falt with this insurance told me I couldn't get medical treatment? Really this was a couple weeks ago. I have had nothing but problems it took them almost year just to awnser back or get ahold of anyone for the claim now everything they say is a lie they took possession of a vehicle and haven't paid. Left with no car.what is wrong with this company? Why can't anyone do theyr job? Any lawyers out there contact me.
I really want to give them to bad review. But I’ll give them one more chance to fix the issues I have with them. I’ve been waiting for the adjuster to call me back, It’s been months.
