March 29, 2023 policy was canceled after I was charged over a thound dollars for 1 month of insurance for 2 vehicles. Gast forward to June 2024 called and was told the refund check was sent all information was updated and corrected, and was told refund issued. July came nothing called back to find they are telling me sent to old address, we have to cancel again and check would be reissued. Employees were rude and very slow. I was there going on 10 minutes before anyone even asked me anything. Will not go there again
