The rep was very helpful and got me in and out within 10 minutes fully covered. A lot of help no hassle. Love these guys.
I met with my local agent at the Hammond location of Wendy Uber. She was very professional very helpful very notable and a pleasure to meet and discuss my insurance return for the first time in person. My experience was wonderful.
Terrible reps. Added an assortment of extras on my elderly parents policy and acted like their printer was down and couldn't cancel the policy even though they could docu-sign online they said they didn't know how to do it and wanted us to drive 40 miles to the other office to cancel. Our insurance was supposed to be $125 and it was $375
What they don't tell upfront, they do underwrite to smaller offices. Kinda like a McDonald's it's a franchise.
