Josh likes to hire people to do the work and will drag and drag your pay. I’m still owed money for work completed. Text message after text message and still no money. Contractors beware .
Josh V And his crew did a fantastic job of renovating our kitchen. We couldn’t be happier with the results. They brought both design and management skills to the project that saved us both time and money. Constant communication about an ever evolving project allowed us to stay on top of everything. I can’t recommend GCH and Josh V. enough. Can’t wait to get started on our outdoor kitchen.
I’ve dealt with Josh on two different jobs. On the first job which was in Rockwall, TX he short paid us by $94. The second job which is in Carrollton, TX for $508.50 he has yet to pay us. It has been a month as of 07/27/2021 since the work was completed and Josh Varnado has completely stopped answering text messages. On both jobs we had to come back because he didn’t have all the material ready for us to complete the job on the first day. I’m attaching pictures as proof.
Our experience with The GCH construction Group was wonderful! From start to finish we found all the people we worked with professional and trustworthy. And our remodeled kitchen is simply stunning! We will use The GCH construction Group for all of our upcoming projects and have already been recommending to our friends.
GCH has done several projects for me, all of them well done with excellent results. They have been professional , efficient and totally knowledgeable . Impressive! I won't hesitate to call on them again for any kind of home repairs and remodeling projects. I have no trepidation in trusting them to do an excellent job at a fair price. It's refreshing to find this sort of honest, well run company in today's world.
