Mr. Norris is very rude and unprofessional. I chose him for my mother's case because he had good reviews. We went to him for help with my mom with her probate and for 3 years he has been giving my mom the runaround and excuses. We have been really really patient. Elizabeth his secretary has been our witness as to all the times my mom has gone up there to get answers or to get a phone call back.
