This is a great spot downtown. The coffee and food hot the spot. The employees are always very nice and smiling and always ready to help. Keep up the great work. Truly a gathering cafe!!!!
Work brought me to Ocala for the day and I am always looking for local coffee shops to support vs. big chains. When I found The Gathering Cafe I knew I had to go experience it for myself and I’m so glad I did. I was blessed to meet the owner who is an incredibly kind and welcoming woman who loves her community and the lord. My husband and I were in town visiting for the weekend and are so grateful we found this lovely place! We enjoyed the coffee and I had an iced vanilla lavender espresso. The biscuits and gravy were incredibly tasty! My husband had them with bacon and scrambled eggs. I opted for the Croffles — 2 French pastry croissants pressed into a waffle iron, topped with powdered sugar & served with maple syrup - oh my!! Everyone was super friendly and the place has an inviting and comfortable feel about it. Definitely make a stop here!
