Love living here, great amenities (pool, gym, club house), maintenance responds very fast and complex kept very clean!
I’m coming up on almost 2 years of living here, and it’s been great! The location is perfect for a busy college student—close to campus and other student housing, so my friends and I all live nearby (many of them even live here too). There’s always something fun happening at the clubhouse, like free food events and giveaways. The maintenance team is fast and reliable, and the staff are always friendly and respectful.
I am currently staying at the Gathering and it is a very safe location! I renewed my lease for my senior year and look forward to staying for another year! Kim is also so helpful at the front desk!
The gathering is a very social community with a very professional staff.
