I lived here during the 2024–25 school year. At first, I thought it was a great place — good atmosphere with lots of college students. However, we later found out the property had been bought out, and rent was raised by $250 with no money towards utilities like we had prior. None of my roommates were notified about the lease renewal or the ownership change, so when we went to renew, our rent would have jumped to over $1,000. Awesome place to live!
Have lived here this past year and have a lot of good things to say! The pool during the summer is amazing and I love the 24 hour gym! The move out process has also been amazing so far!!
The apartment had a very “homey” feel—it never felt like just student housing, but more like a real home- which made a big difference during stressful semesters.
