Have lived here this past year and have a lot of good things to say! The pool during the summer is amazing and I love the 24 hour gym! The move out process has also been amazing so far!!
The apartment had a very “homey” feel—it never felt like just student housing, but more like a real home- which made a big difference during stressful semesters.
I’ve had nothing but good experiences so far after signing with the gathering, they are very good at communicating and has been nothing but helpful during my time with them
I’m wrapping up on almost a year living here. It’s perfect for a busy college student and especially nice due to its location near campus and other off campus housing facilities, so my friends and I all live close! Most of them actually live here too. There’s cool stuff going on in the clubhouse all the time like free food and giveaways. The maintenance team is quick and do good work. Everyone on staff is very polite!
