Had lunch with my grandmother and cousin today. The food was excellent and the service was even better can't tell you the last time we had such good service!! I can't remember her name but we will definitely try to figure it out next time we go 10 star's for her!
Yesterday was our first time here. Our service and food were good, however the restaurant needed to be cleaned up a bit. The floor really needed vacuuming and we were sitting next to spiders (I even took a picture of the spider)
A cozy place. We arrived in a night Snow. We had booking a hotel within the park, but we were afraid to continue. Glen, the owner, readily welcomed us, called our hotel canceling the reservation. So we hosted on Gateway. We had a great room and also a beautiful breakfast. Thanks to Glen by the attention and cooperation!
Bad service all around. The New York steak had more gristle than meat. We went on a Saturday met vs day! Waitre$s were lazy. Nev again!!
I don't like to give negative reviews... but I had to put my foot down on this one... amazing scenery and food and awesome location BUT... the most important thing is service and me and my friends have been regulars to this place going once a week for a couple months now and have never had issues until last night awful service and rude servers... they treated us like we didnt belong there and we were nothing but nice and polite like always....servers running there mouths about my friends and I and no pleasant customer servic... read more
