This place is great! Close to the train for easy commutes, in the middle of downtown for easy access to great restaurants, the building is well-kept and clean, the staff (Deidre in particular) are absolutely amazing, kind and thoughtful. 2 minute walk to the South Orange pool, beautiful parks, tennis - this place has it all.
Fantastic location near train and restaurants. This is a very clean and well-maintained building with excellent amenities. The best part is the dedicated and professional team, especially Deidre the building manager, Oshiro the porter, and Elbro (sp?) the weekend porter. They really take care of the residents. My wife and I feel at home here.
The property is always very clean and tidy. Safe location near many conveniences- train, market, dry cleaners, park, SOPAC, restaurants, bank, drug store, coffee, ice cream, wine, pet treats, etc. Property manager extremely helpful. Repairs completed in a timely manner. Spotless entry and hallways. Apartment complex is very dog friendly. Love this home!!!!
Pristine apartments with a meticulously kept building overseen by an excellent manager.
I have been a resident of The Gateway for 7 years now. I love this building for many reasons: it’s convenient location; well-maintained facilities; and suitably designed, spacious units. Whatever I need is within walking distance from the building. It is adjacent to the NJT station which is great for commuting to NYC and Hoboken. There is a theatre across the building, a food store and several banks and restaurants. The Post Office and town library is about a block away.
