Stay away. This is in no way a "luxury" building. The elevators have been broken more often than not - at time of writing there are none functioning (which is probably an ADA violation). Fire alarms have repeatedly gone off in the middle of the night due to plumbing issues. Fitness equipment is left broken. The "amenities" lounge is more often than not closed for "repairs". In hallways the wallpaper is peeling, carpets are faded and smell. Management needs to drastically lower rents or invest in the property.
This place used to be great, but I would avoid it now. Over the past few years, the amenities room has been closed for construction for the better part of a year in total. Broken fitness room equipment taking months to repair. Freezing pipes exploding, triggering overnight fire alarms. Broken main elevator. Broken restroom in the lobby. The list goes on. It is clear the management team is not investing in the property yet continues to raise the rent. You will be better off in other buildings in South Orange.
While very nice, the issue still hasn’t been fixed.
Overpriced and unfortunately owned by a horrible management company. The on-site manager is fantastic, but that's about it.. You'll have to deal with a greedy company like Shamco (3 stars on Google and dropping fast) - who doesn't care about its residents, doesn't maintain the property even when there are safety hazards, and tries squeezing every last time out of people that they can.
