Terrible,and worse than terrible service and product! – My experience in purchasing flowers from "Gateway Florist" was, simply put, terrible. I purchased $520.00 in flower bouquets for my wedding. Despite following Gateway's floral care instructions, most of the flowers were either dead or badly wilted by the next day. Gateway, in their internet advertising promises "100% satisfaction guarantee". Not only were their flowers shoddy, but moreover, their advertised guarantee is false. Look Elsewhere – I have ordered lots of flowers for friends, family and clients and I have never received such poor service. With so many capable florists in the annapolis area, I would look elsewhere. I have always had a wonderful experience with York Flowers and I thought I would try a new shop but I would not make that mistake with Gateway Florist again.
