Update!! They are very fast and nice to get you to move in.. No one in front of the office really does anything they say they are going to do here about Quiet Hours. When you call them on it, you get passed to another who passes it to another person who does nothing. I have lived here since April 2018- 2019, and it changed since i moved in and went 100% downhill, with how they used to handle things.. This place has great apartments at a reasonable price, and overall it’s a nice community. The one thing I didn’t like is that some of the kids around here act like they own the place—they’re loud and rude, and it feels like their parents should really teach them some manners. Other than that, it’s a decent place to live.
Nice lady at the Gates but there's a waiting list and the rent was 813 dollars not 500 dollars per month.
Nice on the outside but not so nice on the inside. 99 degrees outside and the pool isn’t WORKING! Hell no unacceptable. You have too many children in this complex for it not to be open and enjoyed by these hard working people with children. The children are on summer break. Some parents use that as a getaway for their children in the summer. This is horrible. It’s Hot there. I’m from out of town and I know I sure would’ve loved to have sat by the pool side.
