This place has great apartments at a reasonable price, and overall it’s a nice community. The one thing I didn’t like is that some of the kids around here act like they own the place—they’re loud and rude, and it feels like their parents should really teach them some manners. Other than that, it’s a decent place to live.
Nice lady at the Gates but there's a waiting list and the rent was 813 dollars not 500 dollars per month.
Nice on the outside but not so nice on the inside. 99 degrees outside and the pool isn’t WORKING! Hell no unacceptable. You have too many children in this complex for it not to be open and enjoyed by these hard working people with children. The children are on summer break. Some parents use that as a getaway for their children in the summer. This is horrible. It’s Hot there. I’m from out of town and I know I sure would’ve loved to have sat by the pool side.
