Ms Katherine Ms Sherry and the staff have always been helpful and available to me… The maintenance man… I believe his name is Brandon came out and fixed my sink on a Saturday!!! I have been here for 11 years and have had zero complaints!!! Keep in mind people will leave bad reviews when things just don’t go their way!!! Everyone can’t always be pleased all the time but these people do a great job here!!! I have been satisfied with the Gates for 11 years now!!! it’s all the nearby complexes who actullay have the bad reps!!!
I would honestly say this is one of the cleanest quietest places in the Waveland/Bay St Louis area. I had no issues moving in, Kat Strehlow and Sherry were friendly, prompt, and very helpful! My apartment moving in, was clean, freshly painted, and bug free. I did have some issues with the hot water heater, but Kat took care of the problem and got it fixed within a timely manner! My kids are able to go outside and play and I don’t have to worry about them being in a bad area. For the price, it’s a nice apartment complex!
