I went to this facility for Dr. Imbesi because of stomach/acid problems that I had for 10 days. We talked for about 5 minutes where he asked me questions and told me what he thought it might be. He then prescribed me medication and gave me a prescription to get an h pylori test. He told me to go onto the exam table. Without permission, he lifted up my dress to expose my stomach and started pressing down on it, hard. There was no warning or mention of him needing to do a stomach exam whatsoever. I don’t know how any of the admin people here have a job. I’ve spent hours upon hours trying to even get a cost estimate for procedures - they say they mail it to you in a week in advance, but they do not. The receptionists are the rudest and most useful I’ve ever dealt with. My doctor is great, but I’m working on switching just because the admins are so unbelievably terrible it’s hard to even pay bills.

The staff mentioned to dr. Imbesi that I was late. “She said she has to take her lunch and had a 12:15 app. And doesn’t want to see anyone that... read more

Fantastic practice. Everyone from the office staff to the nurses to the wonderful doctors work with you to ensure that no matter how sick you are, you feel cared for at every level. They've made a very difficult diagnosis that much easier to bear thanks to their dedication, professionalism, and compassion. Dr. Finklestein and Dr. Kwon in particular have helped me achieve remission and stay there, and made me feel hopeful about managing my chronic illness. I would recommend without hesitation to anyone with a diagnosis of Cro... read more
