Talked with michael and he transfered me to an input office number to leave a message on 8-1-24. NO CALL BACK, I called 8-9-24. They have know record of me calling and detailed message I left. michael wants me to do it again ? For what reason, to NOT call me back ! terrible .
Have never written a bad review in my life but this one is well deserved. Have used Gasper several times in the past with only subpar results. Should have learned from those experiences but took the risk again retaining Carrie K. (Co owner) for my last custody battle. HUGE MISTAKE! She missed a scheduled appointment with me and when I finally reached her she said”Oh I forgot””. Should have fired her on the spot. Could go on and on but why bother.
