We really enjoyed working with Julie, Will, and the rest of the Gaskins team! They were transparent, patient, and skilled at their craft throughout the entire process. My experience as a buyer of one of their properties was the absolute WORST, Julia Rice, threatened my job to force me into closing on a property that was sub par. She did not want to negotiate nor fix any repairs. The experience was lousy! I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS REAL ESTATE Company!
