My experience with Kate Bird was extremely unprofessional. When I asked to be connected with the listing agent, I was told to ‘Google the number,’ despite her own contact info being displayed right on the listing. She then immediately archived the conversation so I couldn’t respond. The attitude was dismissive, unhelpful, and downright rude. I would never choose to work with someone who treats potential buyers this way.
I can't recommend them and their professionalism more highly!
