Gary Mercer Jr was very successful getting us over-asking price for our house. He used the right strategy to price the house which helped get multiple offers. He guided us throughout the process with ease due to his many years of expertise. He brought in a stager to help us determine the best use of the space and highlight the major selling features. I would recommend Gary Mercer Jr to anyone who wants to sell their house. We were very happy and would use him again.

We bought a house around Christmas from Sharra Mercer, CEO, and Corey Ruyak from the Gary Mercer Group. The initial interactions with them while we were putting in our offer was off putting. They were very demanding and insisted that everything was right, even provided an inspection sheet. Basically rushed us through the process in order to sell the home.
