Nice apartments, but the elevator could use some work. I don't like that visitors have to pay for parking.
Homestead took over my building last year and I cant even begin to tell all they ways they take advantage of tenants to reap their own benefit. When they took over I lost access to services, they downgraded things like the laundry rooms by taking away the sinks, chairs, and installing lower quality washers, they started charging for utilities whiled raising rent prices. Homestead has to be the most evil and inept housing corporation in the city. I am so incredibly mad and upset by how they have treated the residents at 1 Grosvenor ever since they took over that I can't bring myself to relive everything to type it down. Suffice it to say that they are disgusting, untrustworthy and incompetent. Stay away at all costs!
