I have been living at this apartment for 8 months. I can say the beginning process was fair. Jordan was great through out everything. Touring, paperwork, giving proper guidance I mean she is probably the best representative I’ve come across in any leasing office. Pearl is another representative who is helpful! Maintenance team are friendly and timely. As far the property, it is a quiet and nice neighborhood. Pet friendly! The walls are thin though so you can hear your neighbors. Alvista Bowie has been a great property to live in a great neighborhood. From the leasing office to maintenance I've had no issues. Jordan Jackson has been a warm welcome and willing to help and accommodate in any way she can. If you're looking for an apartment, hesitate no more, and take a tour of Alvista.
Jeff Ebong is an excellent representative of Alvista. He has been very professional and cares about us as a tenant. Whenever I see him he always greets with a positive attitude. He should be the protocol of what an employee should be.
I would highly advise not living here. That is of course unless you like to be barked at/almost bitten by dogs that are never on leases, have your apartment always have maintenance issues you that you're more likely to get struck my lightning that to ever have a shot at getting fixed without harassing them including having no AC- only for them to come and not actually fix the issue, having your car towed even when following all their rules, or being constantly lied to. This review is specific to the staff, specifically Jordan Jackson. I have been living here for more than 4 years, and have seen about 3 or more different sets of property managers/staff members come and go. I must say that Jordan has stayed and remained faithful, outgoing, and phenomenal longer than any other staff I have observed coming in new. Jordan goes above and beyond to assist tenants, she is always working and I have personally witnessed her hard work change this community for the better every single step of the way.... read more
