Negative 5 is a very fair review. If you are thinking to move here. Drive by at night near the garage mice playground. You will find mice as soon as you move in. maintains issue is very common buildings are very old. Management are friendly but very useless no exception everyone. If you have more than 3 cars don’t even think about this place. Overall one year felt like 10 years. They need to invest in fixing the gate, upgrade the apartments, maybe have a building for mice and charger them rent.
After the snow we cannot get out of the house in this community, all the sidewalks are filled with dog poops. It is not just one time that you see it , it’s all over the sidewalks. Today I decided to walk on the streets and avoid sidewalks. I am putting this review PLEASE REMOVE THEM AND DO SOMETHING, we are sick of getting out of our apartment.
i moved here less than a year ago and moving out in march.. parking is terrible, barely any parking and they make reserved parking spots for $70, maintenance terrible, my packages have been stolen from the mail room multiple times, during snow days they only shovel out their own cars and leave the residents to fend for themselves knowing that we have physical jobs to attend to and your heat and hot water will be down and they won’t have an urge to fix it.

My boyfriend and I are considering moving to the Bowie area and we were in the area but didn’t have a tour booked. We called and Alexis was able to see us immediately. She was kind and answered all our questions on the tour! The amenities were a real draw and the units we viewed were spacious with a lot of natural light. Alvista is now our number one choice!
