Jeff Ebong is an excellent representative of Alvista. He has been very professional and cares about us as a tenant. Whenever I see him he always greets with a positive attitude. He should be the protocol of what an employee should be.
I would highly advise not living here. That is of course unless you like to be barked at/almost bitten by dogs that are never on leases, have your apartment always have maintenance issues you that you're more likely to get struck my lightning that to ever have a shot at getting fixed without harassing them including having no AC- only for them to come and not actually fix the issue, having your car towed even when following all their rules, or being constantly lied to. This review is specific to the staff, specifically Jordan Jackson. I have been living here for more than 4 years, and have seen about 3 or more different sets of property managers/staff members come and go. I must say that Jordan has stayed and remained faithful, outgoing, and phenomenal longer than any other staff I have observed coming in new. Jordan goes above and beyond to assist tenants, she is always working and I have personally witnessed her hard work change this community for the better every single step of the way.... read more

They are scammers, !!! I put 500.00 down for a deposit and $89.00 for an application fee! It’s now been almost one month and I haven’t heard anything from them!!!!! Every time I call them , they say they will give me a call right bck … still waiting on my call. I believe they stole my monies and never processed my application . I have great credit and even a better rental history, i am also disabled and will be contacting ADA disability act and reporting them to the better business bureau. This is totally unacceptable !!!
