Diana Espinoza, Property Manager at the Garfield is just wonderful. She made my moving process so easy. She helped me every step of the way in finding the perfect apartment for me. The Garfield is a secure building with a friendly staff right in the heart of downtown. It's really cool living in the historic Garfield Building in a modern apartment. LOVE THE BUILDING THE STAFF AND MY CONDO WOULDN'T CHANGE IT FOR THE WORLD!
Diana, the property manager, is always so sweet and helpful! Although there has been some problems with the elevators and doors this past year, I can tell they are trying to fix things as best as possible. Having Diana definitely made living at the Garfield a lot better!
I have been a resident of this apartment building since 2021, and I am deeply disappointed with how it has deteriorated over time. Since October 2024, the elevators have been breaking down weekly. It’s become a regular occurrence for residents to get stuck in the elevators, leading to frequent visits from the fire department. Just this morning, I was jolted awake at 5:50 AM on a Sunday by a fire alarm.
