LOVE THE BUILDING THE STAFF AND MY CONDO WOULDN'T CHANGE IT FOR THE WORLD!
Diana, the property manager, is always so sweet and helpful! Although there has been some problems with the elevators and doors this past year, I can tell they are trying to fix things as best as possible. Having Diana definitely made living at the Garfield a lot better!
I have been a resident of this apartment building since 2021, and I am deeply disappointed with how it has deteriorated over time. Since October 2024, the elevators have been breaking down weekly. It’s become a regular occurrence for residents to get stuck in the elevators, leading to frequent visits from the fire department. Just this morning, I was jolted awake at 5:50 AM on a Sunday by a fire alarm. I’ve lived here since 2021 and it’s gone downhill. There are 2 elevators and neither of them work. Maintenance is a joke, and they overcharge you for rent. Walking up nine flights of stairs is laughable when you pay over $1,300. Do not recommend in the slightest.
Took a tour with Deborah and she was so sweet! It was between here and another place and Deborah alone would’ve sold it to me but unfortunately I’m choosing somewhere else. But Deborah needs to be recognized!! Beautiful building too!
