We have worked with Rich on two home purchases, and he is just the best. He has extensive market knowledge and experience and he cares deeply about his clients. He is responsive, thoughtful and proactive. And his broad network of connections to to the residential real estate and construction industry (inspectors, contractors, suppliers, lenders, etc.) is incredibly useful.
