They were really professional and transparent, quality work and fast at responding to your needs.
I called because I have some loose shingles and some water had leaked behind the garage door. My insurance company said get a quote. The lady at Gardner not only diagnosed my roof problems over the phone without seeing anything, but refused to send someone out because she wants me to have my insurance adjuster come out first, and I have to coordinate the visit with Gardner. A week later and now they are too busy and booked up until next spring. Just rude.
Do not trust this company. Had my roof done a few years ago. Been dealing with leaks since then. The owner Darin himself came out and “fixed” the leak. Nope, still there and their production manager Tina doesn’t not reach back out to you. I do not recommend going with this company for any of your roofing needs.
Gardner provided excellent customer service for us. When a truck damaged our culvert, the owner of the company himself came to repair it for us. We appreciate the follow-through!
Got flipped off by one of your drivers in a white truck when he ran a stop sign today.
