They never pick up their phones and they hardly respond to emails. It was a hassle to pay, a hassle to confirm payment and was a hassle to return the items we rented. The items were nice, they were on time and the setup was quick. If you don't mind pulling your hair out days before your event then you will love them! The Gardens Houston would be great if they worked on their customer service
Me and my Wife Candice Leonard had our wedding there on July 25th 2015!!!! The ppl and the place is amazing.
This is a beautiful venue, but the service is sub-par.
Beautiful Venue. We are going to have my Granddaughters Party here! I can hardly wait....
