They’ve recently switched owners and Sharita Hayes (the current property manager) was greatttt to work with! She made my move out process smooth and if you’re a student (like I was) she does her best to work with you! I had a 2 bed 1 bath , and any problems with the apartment , maintenance had it fixed within the next day, if not the same day! It’s very quiet (outside of lawn days) and the apartments are close to local schools and grocery shopping areas!
The new owners are horrible, do not move here and if you do watch your electric bill, service fee, electronic lock fee, and other random fees they randomly think off.DO NOT LIVE
Maintenance takes ages to do anything and never shows up on time. They needed to reschedule once again because "Home Depot ran out of paint" I went myself right after to go and check that for sure and lo and behold there was paint fully stocked and the guy at the desk said that they almost never run out. Our walls are unpainted but I can't take another day off work unless I want to miss a rent payment.
I wish I could give zero stars. There are water bugs coming out holes in the cabinet. I have made sure everything is dry, no food left on cabinets, no dishes in sink, etc. I tried to make a request for pest control but they said it was up to me to solve the problem. They had pest control here a few weeks ago but I don’t think he came to our house because the letter said 10am-12pm and I got home around 11am and he just got to our building a few minutes after. Do not move here. Let me save you before you make the biggest mistake. I’ve been here for 4 years. 3 management changes. Columbia was great. Maintenance was here on site so it was easy to schedule fixes, frequent pest control, filter changes etc. As soon as the management changed to White property management and now peak property, I have gotten the complete opposite. No pest control visits, no filter changes, no one to fix the smoke detectors, maintenance is never on site, takes days maybe even weeks to get maintenance to co... read more
