I’ve been in this unit less than a year and so far everything’s been great. Mr. Ray, in maintenance, and Courtney, in the leasing office, both respond to my request, with results, all within a few days. The complex is very quiet and clean. The neighbors are friendly. The only con was I didn’t move here sooner!!

They’ve recently switched owners and Sharita Hayes (the current property manager) was greatttt to work with! She made my move out process smooth and if you’re a student (like I was) she does her best to work with you! I had a 2 bed 1 bath , and any problems with the apartment , maintenance had it fixed within the next day, if not the same day! It’s very quiet (outside of lawn days) and the apartments are close to local schools and grocery shopping areas!
The new owners are horrible, do not move here and if you do watch your electric bill, service fee, electronic lock fee, and other random fees they randomly think off.DO NOT LIVE
Maintenance takes ages to do anything and never shows up on time. They needed to reschedule once again because "Home Depot ran out of paint" I went myself right after to go and check that for sure and lo and behold there was paint fully stocked and the guy at the desk said that they almost never run out. Our walls are unpainted but I can't take another day off work unless I want to miss a rent payment.
