I moved from a 3 bedroom home to my 1 bedroom apartment.It was difficult at first after donating furniture and clothing but the weight off my shoulders is amazing.I find the staff and the residents I have met are very friendly and helpful.I have zero maintenance outside of my wonderful new nest.I would reccomend The Garden Square to those wanting to downsize,but get your name in as there is a waiting list.
It is nice here. It is a new complex. All apts. have a balcony, central air, and dishwasher. There are laundry facilities on each floor & elevators. People are friendly for the most part. It is quiet. There are activities inside and outside events. We have dedicated transportation for shopping & some trips.
I have lived here for 3 yrs and its ok. When the pkg comes can you request the currior to bring it to my apt because I am unable to come down. We have an elevator and when they come through the front door they have to ring my bell 311 and I will buzz them in. Thank You!!
Great 55+ living apartments. Completely handicap available.brand new building! No meals available. Independent living!
