I’m extremely frustrated with how management handled this. My packages were stolen twice. When I asked them to review the security footage, I was told it would “take too long” and that I should contact the police so they could look at it instead. Refusing to review security footage after repeated theft sends a clear message that there are no real consequences. The unit is nice... however the maintenance department is definitely not as good as their accounts receivables department 🤣 Something breaks you're waiting WEEKS for repairs... Meanwhile they aren't waiting for their damn rent money tho There is a specific term for folks like this smh- STAY. AWAY. Poop wrapped in bacon is still poop.
I called for a week regarding the three bedroom apartment. I just received a call today, only for them to tell me the apartment was rented already. Poor Communication!!!
