I've been here for a few months now and really love it. The neighborhood is beautiful, walkable, and has great transit options. The complex itself is made up of older buildings spread across a few blocks with lovely landscaping and a lot of places to walk or sit outside. Though there are squeaky floors and you won't get hospital silence in an older building, you will get beautiful hardwood floors, tons of windows, and a lot of greenery outside. Truly wonderful place to live in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of a farmers market, public library, coffee shops, public transportation and more! Robin and Alex are largely responsible for making us feel as if we are part of a community when we are home--all the praise in these reviews is well deserved! I love my apartment here at The Gardens at Del Ray. Management is wonderful and responsive (Robyn). Maintenance is super responsive and quick to fix things (Alex). When I moved in he put grab bars in my bathroom/shower for myself and my husband , as we were older residents. I’ve made a wonderful group of friends with the other residents. The grounds are beautifully well kept and the stairs and hallways in my building are kept scrupulously clean. I appreciate our little private dog park and have met some neighbors there. Great place to live, Robin makes it even better
My three year stay at the Gardens of Del Ray was a pleasant experience. The apartment rate was reasonable, and the maintenance staff and office management were alwsys quick to respond and helpful.
