I’ve lived at The Gardens at Del Ray for almost four years, and I have loved calling it home. It’s a wonderful community in a great location, and there is a real sense of comfort and belonging here. The apartments are well maintained, the property is attractive and peaceful, and the location in Del Ray is hard to beat. I came here at the gardens del ray to see the apartment if I can find one, but the no one was there in leasing office(it was around 2pm), waited a little bit then leave. A week later I made an appointment on their website hoping there will be someone to help us show around. Still leasing office is close.

We’ve lived at this apartment community for three years and have had a really positive experience. The manager is attentive and accommodating, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the residents. They organize a few social gatherings each year, which are always well attended and make it easy for neighbors to connect. There’s a real sense of community here.
