I came here at the gardens del ray to see the apartment if I can find one, but the no one was there in leasing office(it was around 2pm), waited a little bit then leave. A week later I made an appointment on their website hoping there will be someone to help us show around. Still leasing office is close.
We’ve lived at this apartment community for three years and have had a really positive experience. The manager is attentive and accommodating, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the residents. They organize a few social gatherings each year, which are always well attended and make it easy for neighbors to connect. There’s a real sense of community here. Good property managed and cared for by great people.
I absolutely love living here! The apartments are beautiful—spacious units with hardwood floors, plenty of natural light, and the convenience of having a washer and dryer in-unit. The location is unbeatable, right by Mt. Vernon Avenue, with easy access to amazing restaurants and plenty of things to do. The community really goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome.
