I will say do your research before coming here! its Not Luxury at all! but you will pay for the name! even if the amenities don't work or even the Appliances. Most of the time the gate for the "gated community" doesn't work! There website doesn't work either and that will be the only way other than going into the office to put in a work order. We've had issues with noisy neighbors upstairs for the past several months. There are loud noises all through the day and even during quiet hours (10 pm to 7am). The front office has ignored our emails and brushed me off when I tried to speak with them in person. EDIT Dec 11 2025: Parq replied to my original post, so I will add some additional context.
