As a senior citizen who has owned their own home for more than fifty years, moving to an apartment complex was a bit frightening. I could have tried a 55 and over place, but wanted to be closer to my daughter’s home. The Parq at Cross Creek has been a nice surprise. Brandon tour was rather short. After completing other tours during my hunt they felt more comprehensive, but I did see the most essential elements of the complex.
I just moved in here a month ago, and while the apartment itself has a beautiful layout and nice amenities, it has been a terrible experience. The walls are paper thin! The neighbor on one side plays music and it blasts into my apartment, even when it’s on low. The upstairs neighbor have three children who run constantly I cannot sleep!!! My entire apartment shakes every time a toilet is flushed from above my pipes make an awful noise. I will say do your research before coming here! its Not Luxury at all! but you will pay for the name! even if the amenities don't work or even the Appliances. Most of the time the gate for the "gated community" doesn't work! There website doesn't work either and that will be the only way other than going into the office to put in a work order. So if you are physically incapable of getting to their office you will NOT be able to email them. but if you do go into the office you should record your entire interaction to protect ... read more
We've had issues with noisy neighbors upstairs for the past several months. There are loud noises all through the day and even during quiet hours (10 pm to 7am). The front office has ignored our emails and brushed me off when I tried to speak with them in person. EDIT Dec 11 2025: Parq replied to my original post, so I will add some additional context.
