Another Update: June 2, 2025–Steps need pressure washing. It never seems to happen until a complaint is made and although I was determined not to make another complaint because there are no long term changes. At this point in “luxury living”, it seems that anyone can move in. No disrespect but the “so called “luxury” living stairwells are gross and rules seem never to be enforced. I’ve lived here for about five years now, and I really enjoy it. The location is great—just far enough from the main traffic to be peaceful, but still close enough to shopping and other conveniences. The apartment community is fairly quiet, and the leasing office staff is always friendly and accommodating. My favorite part is the pool—it’s a great place to chill.
My god what a terrible place. Whole area smells like dog feces. Trash everywhere, raccoons on the property everywhere, they will nickel and dime you for everything. Oh, but don't bother asking them to fix anything. Disgusting area and too expensive for what it is.
