i’ve lived here for a year! miss rebecca is in charge of both gardens and ranch but she still has time for each of her tenants! they are very pet friendly and have a great green yard for ur pets!

DO NOT RENT HERE! I currently had to hire someone to represent me to get me out of my lease due to the apartment not maintaining health codes! THESE APARTMENTS ARE DIRTY! I also had a flood occur in my upstairs floor due to poor maintenance of RUSTED PIPIES! And they DID NOT allow professional services to clean up the flood and left me sitting in the water for hours while they had a party going on. My kitchen light was never repaired and was left as is. The staff has always been professional, friendly, and responsive whenever I had questions or needed help. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, and the grounds stay looking nice year-round.
