Don't believe everything that this residential complex promises, I've been living there for a year and a half just because it's close to my work, the gym of the apartments has never served, the pool or pool serves once a week, the garden office is never there and they send you to use it, the ranch pool, the gym of the ranch apartments, the offices of the ranch apartments, in itself it is a total scam to live in these sets, they complain about everything and place fines and notifications but their facilities don't even work, ... read more
i’ve lived here for a year! miss rebecca is in charge of both gardens and ranch but she still has time for each of her tenants! they are very pet friendly and have a great green yard for ur pets!

DO NOT RENT HERE! I currently had to hire someone to represent me to get me out of my lease due to the apartment not maintaining health codes! THESE APARTMENTS ARE DIRTY! I also had a flood occur in my upstairs floor due to poor maintenance of RUSTED PIPIES! And they DID NOT allow professional services to clean up the flood and left me sitting in the water for hours while they had a party going on. My kitchen light was never repaired and was left as is.
