DO NOT RENT HERE! I currently had to hire someone to represent me to get me out of my lease due to the apartment not maintaining health codes! THESE APARTMENTS ARE DIRTY! I also had a flood occur in my upstairs floor due to poor maintenance of RUSTED PIPIES! And they DID NOT allow professional services to clean up the flood and left me sitting in the water for hours while they had a party going on. My kitchen light was never repaired and was left as is. I’ve had a great experience living at The Gardens Apartment Homes. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which made it feel like home right away. The staff has always been professional, friendly, and responsive whenever I had questions or needed help. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, and the grounds stay looking nice year-round. Neighboor hood is okay workers are nice and friendly, cockroaches seem to be a bit of a problem bt other than that everythin has been aite since i been here
