Overpriced They increase rent above advertised rates online and take advantage of long-term tenants.
Awful Ownership. Awful Management Poor management, and nothing but money hungry ownership. Trash is consistently overflowing and the office sends out regular emails blaming tenants instead of fixing the issue. Pool is often closed, and again management sends emails that are blaming the community instead of being proactive. By far the best Apartments I have lived at I have had an incredible experience living in this apartment complex for the past 3 years. Management is great and I appreciate being heard. They are truly exceptional property managers who go above and beyond for their tenants, their professionalism and warmth made me feel at home. Love this apartments!! Good place to live, I've been there for 4 years and everyone is very nice, the girls in the offices are amazing, the maintenance man is very friendly and always comes to help us when we need him, his name is Oscar. Definitely recommended! The rent is not that expensive either…so good place to live.
This place is a joke These people do not care about the residents here. They will remove your property without warning or notice but threaten you with eviction for being 1 day late on your rent. They saw they will fix the issues but then take forever to fix the problem. No one ever returns your phone calls and they just make up charges and and them to your bill outside of your rent with no explanation and expect it to be paid or you guessed it EVICTION!! Kudos to Osprey Landing !!! So happy with the management and maintenance team best ever! I have lived here for 16 years and must say they are doing an amazing job I am so happy to have such caring and great staff! I love Candy , Tiffany , Gary and Glenn. They take so much care with anything you need.Pool is amazing grounds are being taking care of an amazing difference! Needed a new sink faucet due to failure Gary was right on it fixed it Love it ! Absolutely love living here!! I have been living here since February 2024. This is my first place living by myself and it has been one of the best experiences of my life!! The property is beautiful, the pool is excellent, and I live in a studio apartment but it doesn’t even feel like a studio because it’s so spacious and LOTS of storage!! So disappointed I've been at this property for 2 years and since the management switch it's horrible the elevator is always broken, the garbage isn't always picked up, and if the work order isn't urgent I guess it won't get done. I'm so ready to move

Bugs!!! Just moved here and the amount of critters I’ve seen in my unit is outrageous! Centipedes, crickets, the list goes on but the ROACHES!!!! I’ve tried everything but they won’t go away! Pest control told us to try boric acid as well. Still no help.
